Department at a Glance:
The Department of Physics was established in 2019 and has since been dedicated to providing a rigorous and comprehensive education in physics. Our department features a well-equipped laboratory with state-of-the-art modern equipment, ensuring that students have access to the tools they need for both learning and research.
Our faculty consists of four highly qualified PhD holders with expertise spanning across various fields, including Astrophysics, Electronics, High Energy Physics, Experimental Physics, and Simulation. This diverse range of specializations allows us to offer a rich and varied educational experience.
Although our department is relatively new, we have initiated several undergraduate projects, particularly in the areas of astrophysics and instrumentation. These projects have provided students with valuable hands-on experience and a solid foundation in practical physics applications.
One of our key facilities is an astronomical telescope with an 8-inch diameter from Celestron. This telescope has been used for a number of observational activities, enhancing our students' understanding of astrophysical phenomena.
Our curriculum is designed to align with contemporary educational policies, offering students a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. We are committed to fostering a stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and innovation in the field of physics.
